Terms of Service

Welcome to Damson. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Damson. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Damson.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement to use Damson. The app contains adult, sexually themed content and is intended for adults only.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity under your account. One account per person.

3. Acceptable use

To keep the community safe, you agree not to:

• Be under 18, or interact with anyone you believe is under 18.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or hate on anyone.
• Use the app for prostitution, escorting, trafficking, or any commercial sexual service, or any illegal activity.
• Post non-consensual, exploitative, or illegal content, or share others' private information.
• Impersonate anyone, create fake profiles, or misrepresent your identity or age.
• Spam, scam, solicit money, or promote external businesses.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You grant Damson a limited license to host and display your content to operate the app. You're responsible for what you post, and we may remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Safety & assumption of risk

Damson does not conduct criminal background checks or identity verification on members. We don't vouch for anyone. You interact with and meet other members at your own risk. Please read Staying safe and use good judgment.

6. Subscriptions & payments

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. It renews until you cancel, which you do in your store account settings — not in the app. Prices may change with notice. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable.

7. Termination

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put others at risk.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee matches, availability, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Damson is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any member, online or offline.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the changes.
